There was a clearly an argument to be made which said they should have made the playoffs.

I wasn't talking about their right to be in a 12 team playoff. I was talking about a 2 loss team who didnt even play in their conf championship game being in a "playoff" at all. Nor should Alabama. This scenario is exactly what I meant by the playoffs being a random winner generator. Regular season should count.

Lol....and they suck again. Both games that Day called were losses. The D look confused and the O line was awful. I know there were starters out but the looked out classed from the 1st quarter on.

I was also looking forward to a rematch with Indiana. I believed that would have been an impressive game. Now that I've seen them play two games in a row without much heart. . . Maybe it is best to watch IU and root for them the remainder of the CFP.

I do NOT understand how the short pass game works but they didn't use it much. Maybe due to the early Pick 6?

Silver linings: as terrible as the O-line was I was impressed by what Jackson (true freshman) was able to accomplish. I thought he showed up. Not like he ran for 6-7yds per carry, but as bad as our line was, he looked good.

Need to look up stats. Felt like Smith struggled early but came thru with some clutch plays later. I bet he had decent yards and catches by the end of the game. Same with Sayin. Curious his stats. Do you count the two INT as completions? Not bashing. He was honestly pretty good considering a) He is a freshman, b) He spent most of the game sacked or throwing while he was being tackled. He was heavily pressured.

Is this the point where OSU fans call for Day's job again?

Oregon playing great defense and their OL is doing enough against an outstanding TT defense. Dan Lanning has his team mentally and physically prepared and it shows. Quite the contrast from last nights game.

Nice watching ball when the coaches know wtf they are doing. Can’t believe my tv came out unscathed last night lol. Payed for espn just to watch that shit show. Roll Tide!
