Another thread remembered thanks to FB memories, and ruined because of Photobucket 
I brought this mount home 12 years ago today and seeing the FB memory today led me down memory lane. The hunt for this buck was one of the best chess matches of all time for me. I killed him on encounter #3 on a hang-and-hunt in my 3rd tree in 3 sits. It was a shitty evening, spitting rain and windy as could be for the first weekend of November. This was also my first hunt with Evercalm and it's the hunt that sold me on using it for life. I had my back to the weather when I had a feeling I should turn around, and there he was marching across the CRP headed right at me. The rest is history. Was a lot of fun to recall that hunt while driving a winding country road on a beautiful spring morning.
