My old house they were trying to say I needed flood insurance. I was 35 feet above the Olentangy. Laughable. They were holding up closing for it.

It has been a roller coaster ride since I walked away from this house in the beginning of the year. Looked at probably 25 or so houses and none really had the homey feel and excitment that this house did. Then in March when the flood bill passed I called the insurance woman that I was working with to see what the deal was. She was on the phone with FEMA all day and I guess they just got tired of her and told her about a loophole that no one knows about. I will be paying same as the current home owners and it cannot exceed 1% of the value of the house! So needless to say I sign the loan papers on friday morning and close on April 29th!!

So yeah.. yall can be jealous about my garage again!!! WOOT WOOT
