Expensive taste. How about a Red Rider?
She's definitely a special one it's the only one I've ever seen in person. A close friend of mine that passed way to young willed it to me . It will sit in the safe as long as I live and then handed down to my son. I plan on taking it out hunting once as that's a memory we planned but never got around to , then she will stay in the safe and pulled out for memory sakes
I'm not exactly sure where he picked it up. He was a big winchester and colt collector years . I'm planning on sending an email to Pauline Muerrle for insurance questions and general curiosity. She was a factory engraver for Winchester and started her own siteSuch a beautiful gun. I keep going back looking at the pictures. Its not often you see a gun worthy of its own insurance rider. Do you know where your friend got it? From what I understand, which is limited on those guns, that level of engraving and inlay was custom order and there were only 3 or 4 master engravers at Winchester who did it.
I have one in .243 with a 4x12x50 variX II on it.
That is probably the funest gun to shoot that I own.I've been wanting one of these for a while and finally "pulled the trigger." S&W MP15-22.

Nice looking gun, but that front mount is a new one for me. Have never seen one mounted like that.
