BUT. . . It is something you know could happen. 20yrs back it was a joke amongst your buddies. Now you might joke and another might say "hey man, that shit ain't funny." In 40s or 50s, it can happen. In 20s or 30s if it happened to your buddy, you didn't know about it. Now it could potentially become a conversation topic.

Sort of like the cholesterol Jay. . . Acknowledging it is bad enough.

If you saw half the people that go too doctors offices and you're only on one med then you'd be tickled pink lmao.... Eyes some poor slobs hat are on a lot of meds and then other meds too counteract the side effects of the first set of meds..... Being married too Erin you've probably seen or heard of it...

Hell forgot to mention this one.......when I turned 30, 18 days later I was in the hospital with a very mild heart attack brought on from stress of a divorce. No permit damage thank god. Hows that for an eye opener for some of these young bucks? You never know.

Also I get the occasional heart burn and Acid Reflux.

Acid reflux has been an issue for over 10yrs. lmao

Here is another: Used to go out in the sun, get a major sunburn, chuckle and say: 'It will be tan tomorrow'. Watching my parents (late 60's) has me rethinking. I swear every time I see them they have new bandages where they have had something removed. Sun spots, moles, cysts, odd colored freckles which have gotten larger or changed colors. . . .I notice them now. I have been wearing a hat covering my ears, forehead, and face much more regular this year.

Weight seems too be a big factor on a lot of people I know... I'm at the same weight I retired at and hope too stay heir as I get older and maybe she'd a few pounds too boot... I've been walking 3 miles a day 5-6 days a week since May and planing on keeping the same routine for the foreseeable neutered... My running days are behind me as I just don't have at kind of motivation anymore since he military isn't part of my life anymore and I don't have too set an example for the youngins that had worked for me lol

So you saying you were neutered J?

And on top of all that, You will find you'r once lush green pastures are now becoming barren.

That once abundant arm-loads will now fit in the small right watch pocket of your jeans.

I'm just sayen that along with all the physical issues comes a mental attitude.
A attitude that comes from years of passion and heartbreak... Successes and failures... Loves and losses...
Giving and not giving a fuck...

I am surprised no one has fessed up to Hemorrhoids. :smiley_crocodile: I must say I have been lucky in that department.

Had the dreaded colonoscopy done once when I hit 50 per my father pressuring me. That's not a fun time and I did not even get flowers the next day from the doctor. :tantrum:
