I really lucked into one today. Last spot I looked as I walked back to the truck... Noticed a white spot in the grass that didn't seem to belong... Bingo. I figure it's probably a couple years old. Pretty good one though.

Thanks guys. Couldn't believe I found it. It's definitely one of my favorite shed anther finds now, despite not being the biggest.
 
Was the bottom of the rack in the mud or something. Just wondering why it is so dark and the tips are bleached.
Yea it was almost completely buried. Only the tips of a couple tines were exposed to the sunlight. It just laid there in the marsh for a year or two as vegetation grew up around it. Another year or two and I bet it would have been gone forever, engulfed by mother nature.

Found these two together. No doubt big one was EHD death. My 5th and 6th deadhead of the season. Bases on the big one are 7” and 6 3/4”. Size of a coors light can. Sickening...
