I think what you have is likely Callobius bennetti. They are somewhat like Metaltella in general body form. The palps of this adult male are barely visible, I'd need a higher resolution version of the second (brighter) photo to be sure, but they look more like Callobius palps. The pattern on the abdomen is very typical of Callobius. We have only one common Callobius here in Ohio, hence my species guess.
If you want to send the full resolution photos I can try to peer a bit more closely. Or, if you are willing to send a specimen I can ID it for you.
