id choose most anything from the sea over land farm raised or wild meat just because I don't have access to it fresh often enough. For wild land I'm deer 1. Elks good. Never had moose. Bear was bad for me. Birds r good with me wet and dry.....good luck

Never had moose. Elk>whitetail. The best was an Axis Doe that my buddy brought home from Mt. Hope auction. Somehow from trailer to pen she half strangled herself and ran into a pole. We had to put her down, then hang her up. Damn, tender as hell and such a clean taste
