Bobcats are a little different. You need to spend a lot of time handling and loving on them in the beginning. The only problem I had with mine was feeding time. Put the deermeat in a bowl and slide it across the floor. Then leave it alone until it is done eating...... I mean stay clear away! After they eat and clean their self, they are right back to mornal. She never bit anyone but the growling was scary. Ours was not caged either, she ran the house like a nornal cat and climbed up and layed with you on the couch most every night. Not sure what they cost now, but mine was $600.00 and a $102.00 plane ticket. She came from Minnesota.... And that lady handled her cats every day like I did mine. The ones that turn usually are caged mostly for breeding only.
