Bobcats showdown

I'll give them the benefit of the doubt in saying a "rare encounter" as that's definitely not your every day occurrence. But in my parts, they went from being the mascot of my elementary and college alma mater, to commonplace in a 6 year time frame. Literally 0 pics from 2005 to 2015 on our farm, to every cam check it seems. Hell, my BIL trapped 2 in 2 days last year. It's time to open some tags up.

You guys will be sick of them within the next decade. Here they're one of those animals that get shot on site.

While on the subject of these cats, I'll post here. Last night a bobcat came past a cam & continued inwards. No biggie, but what I didn't pay attention to, was that another followed a few minutes behind. Interestingly, it most not have been hungry because didn't mess with a possum that was there. Kinda looks like the cat was walking up to it, then maybe the possum made it back up & walk around & then followed the 1st bob.
