Boone and Crockett doesnt allow lighted nocs either correct, my question is how in the fugg do they know? Does someone investigate each individual entry and make a judgement, is it really that in-depth? In South Carolina, we had no formal tagging system back in 2009 for deer, the state basically made recommendations, and Game Wardens were just worried about poaching bears, how would I enter my south carolina kill since there is no official tagging/recording of bucks.? I am also assuming that B and C uses the state tag/record as some sort of evidence or baseline.
