there is still masking tape on the limbs to protect them while we work on shaping and for layout lines. you likely wont see them for a week or so. gregs lams are dark walnut like his riser will be. We still have plenty left to do and sunday should provide some more updates unless he get to work on his bow some more during the week but with this snow i doubt it.

Greg got some work time in on his bow today and we have a very good start to a bow ImageUploadedByTapatalk1391899744.157965.jpg tomorrow is another big work day consisting of fixing a screw up on my part and then hopefully we will get my limbs mounted and Greg may get to start shaping his riser. He has some tillering and limb shaping to get it to weight. We learned a lot today about where we Can make this idiot proof for the most part and speed up the process greatly. This has taken a lot longer than we thought but most of it was working through the holes in the building process. We are both going to probably build another one right after this one is done

I just saw your post I we must have done it at the same time
Yes tomorrow will be a big day
I am worried about weight the bow seems really heavy as I told you
But we will see tomorrow

It won't take too awed up much to take weight off. I'm betting that it's because you can't get a good grip on it because the riser is so blocky
