It's all mental. Get out there, remember you have done this all summer long and you know you can make the shot. Focus on drawing and aiming and let the release happen subconsciously. It's the week before season stress out/freak out. Just mentally stay good and if you find yourself shooting bad just put the bow down and come back to it later. Less, better executed, shots is always better than more, poorly sporadic, shooting.I'm sure you're right. I'm kind of in panic mode right now so I swapped to field tips today anyway. I was shooting great, 3 inch groups at 50 consistently, got sent out of town for a week. Came back and I'm all over the place even at 20 and 30. Im sure it's mental.
