I am hoping it sends when I put a new tray of batteries in it. I have a real good idea who it is anyways.MF'r!! And I suppose 0 pics of the jackass that took it?!
Perfect. It will be in a field.Tom I have the Gen 2 and I’m using it in a very shaded area. It’ll last about 6 months and then I’ll have to recharge both battery and solar panel. If I was on a field edge I’d probably not have to recharge it.
Get their battery pack that’s what I’m using.Perfect. It will be in a field.
What do you have set as your photo frequency Rich?@Archertl ... You said you'd have someone swap batteries and cards out every 1 - 2 weeks... NO NEED FOR THAT... We run numerous cams out in Illinois on Eveready Lithium batteries for months on end without solar panels... Some cameras run from March thru Nov. without changing cards or batteries... Remember the more pics you take the faster the batteries die out... And videos eat up the batteries faster... As long as you have sun for solar panels you will be fine for months on end ..
Unless my friend changed them ( which I doubt ) they should be on like every 15 seconds... One thing to remember is no baiting what's so ever in Illinois, so these cameras are relying on trails, pinch points, scrapes and so on... So this means less pics and longer battery life .. On a feeder in Ohio battery life is going to be less .. Now here in Jersey over my bear bait sites I use regular duracells and they last quite awhile...What do you have set as your photo frequency Rich?
