knox county ohio
I dont know anything about the buck have just seen the pics floating around. But there was one shot in morrow county a few years ago and the wardens took it. Come to find out it was a jealous neighbor that started the rumors and called them, the only thing they had on the kid was he didn't have written permission, the land owner got ahold of the wardens and threatened to sue them for taking that deer. He told them he didn't have to sign permission to let someone be on his property. They ended up giving the deer back. Until we hear the story I'm gonna go with some jealous neighbor is starting shit.

No not really. The story I'm getting is that it was not shot on his sister's place but on the property of a DA in Wilmington that had been watching and hunting that deer. I know everyone seems to know everyone and everything in the county and rumors easily get going. Time will tell! Could you even imagine seeing something that looked like that buck coming though the woods. I couldn't even dream up a buck that looked like that. 😂🤣

I watched some of the podcast he was on and to me he seemed somewhat nervous. Maybe it was just bc he was uncomfortable for whatever reason but the swaying of the chair the entire interview had me thinking there's more

From a law enforcement background the interview was off to me as well. It seemed he either was making sure he repeats the same details over and over till they are bullet proof or at least keep from being questioned/doubted. He really didn't strike me as some lucky hunter that just happened to stumble across a world class deer.

I don't recall seeing anything on the (possible) history of the buck but ran across this from a little over a week ago.
