I sliced my middle finger open during a brief dumbass attack a few nights ago. I was breaking down a box for recycling with a pair of kitchen shears, the blade stopped cutting the tape but my hand kept moving and my middle finger sliced right down the blade. Shooting last night was very awkward.
Cold shot today, 18 steps.
Last arrow was a broadhead.
Usually I don't answer phone calls from numbers not in my phone or that I don't know. Been waiting to see this area pop up for a few days, though. Know what I mean, @Boarhead ?

Having some shoulder issues,just not shooting long sessions..as ready as I will be..gotta have shoulder replacement surgery December 11th..will have plenty of time off to hunt before surgery..Doc says I will be able to continue to shoot bows after I heal up. Guess we shall see.

I just placed the order last week, it was the confirmation call that they were about to get cranking on my bow. Estimated wait time is 6-7 months.

Yea the shoulder sucks but at least I can still shoot..the tear in my bicep causes more pain than the shoulder..just hope when I get it fixed I can still shoot good.
I've been shooting some with lighted nocks lately. Not sure if I will use them during season, but they are handy for low light shooting. Last night's cold shot. It's in there somewhere. 
I was shooting pretty well, so this was a shot I usually struggle with that I took as a "heat check." 28ish yards, quartering to, on the deer pic/range bag. I often impact too far back on this shot. The lighted nock makes it easy to see from a distance.

I've been practicing more in low light lately. I've usually struggled in low light, usually impacting high. The new lighted nocks I picked up off Amazon strobe in multiple colors, which is different and fun. I've been real happy with where I am shooting lately. Good timing.
