Too close too call, but imho Clemson wins it.... Alabama will have the toughest game of their season. We’ll see how they handle it.... Regardless, I just hope it’s not one sided....

Got to go with the Tide, even tho I haven’t watched a Clemson game. When it comes to games like this it boils down to two things.... defense and great coaching. Either way it will be a good game. Sit back and enjoy it.

Perhaps. The one thing that sits in my mind is Clemson hasn't really been tested this year. No offense to Dustin but ND wasn't a challenge. Whereas Alabama has recently played Georgia and Oklahoma and proved out. But there is one thing that wins games above all else and that's heart. Even a team half as good as you can win if they have heart and team camaraderie. I see that in clemson.

I’m not a fan of either team but was at least hoping for a competitive game.

Clemson obviously had the heart. They played a hell of a game. Bama shot themselves in the foot on 28 of this points with two unpressured turnovers resulting in 14 points, and two safetys who let receiver run right by and get behind them. Fundamentals win and lose games. You can't throw long balls into triple coverage, take false starts on 3rd and goal. Or let a receiver get behind you on 3rd and 14. Twice.
But at the end of the night Clamson played a hell of a game and made the stops when they mattered most in the red zone. They were hungry amd came out on top.

Clearly they do not. 1st and goal stuff. . . Ouch. Guess maybe if Bama played anyone this year we would have a better idea of how shitty they were going to be tonight. Sure. They beat Georgia. Then Georgia showed they sucked in their bowl game too.
I was wrong. I said it should be Clemson and Bama to play for first and second. OK, Ohio State, GA, ND should have a playoff for 3rd. From the looks of this game they should have given Clemson 1st and had OK, OSU, GA, and Bama in the playoff for second. (Sorry Dustin. Maybe add ND and Washington for a 6 team playoff for second?)
Hats off to the true freshman. Toss everything in regards to teams out the window. Trevor has made a stance on his faith. He is a true freshman on a big stage. He has stepped up to the plate and played a great game.

How many of these did other people you mention play? Because Bama played 7 out of the top 10 and lost to one. What happened tonight was a team with a lot of heart and talent. But 28 of those points should have never happened and can be hung squarely on bamas failure of fundamentals instead of clemsons talent. At this level if you fuck up the other team will make you pay.
