Yeah I have some out on neighbors. So far they have been empty over carcasses. Thinking I may go out with rifle and try to call them on the last couple of days of the contest.

Only had 3 snares set after catching those coons and planning on finishing up tomorrow.
But did catch a nice looking female today.
She is still furred really nice for this time of year.
She was pretty feisty also.

Well the yote contest ends tonight at midnight and it looks like Boarhead Brian and Grandslam Steve have tied with 6 yotes each, congrats fellas! In the event of a tie, such as is the case here, the snares would of been divided between both guys. Brian and Steve have both agreed that the snares would better serve a young up and coming snare man. The winner of the dozen snares is also rookie of the year IMO.
