Ok. Here is my issue with them banning mineral sites or feeding of deer. They won't ban Grandma's birdfeeder that also attracts alot of deer and congregates them. Why? Because of policitical pressure from the bird people the policiticians would get crucified. If you are going to do it then it needs to be for everyone and not just hunters.
Could make it like WI and put a limit on how much you can put out.

The bans aren’t about stopping the spread, they’re about slowing it down. I’d bet there’s more deer congregating at mineral sites and corn piles than bird feeders. Not that they don’t go to a bird feeder, but it’s not a preferred food source.

I understand that it is only to slow the spread. However I just don't think hunters should be singled out. Plenty of deer congregate at bird feeders especially in late winter. If it is that important then all wildlife feeding should be banned. Honestly I don't know how much a ban of feeding deer would do to really slow the spread anyway.
