They got the three porches under roof this week.... he is gonna build a porch off the back as well but is waiting till plumbing and electric are done....

Dad has been sanding for a couple weeks on the inside. Has to take his time as he has two artificial discs in his neck and looking up is cumbersome....
He rented a drum sander for the upstairs floor and said that thing beat the hell outta him. He had to winch it up to the 2nd floor...
I can’t believe how well the upstairs turned out after they put the poly down...
