Crazy. Don't know wtf was going through that cop's head but it's obvious the guy on the phone thought it would be funny to see police confront a black guy. I think he wanted some entertainment and got it. Now they need to lock him and the cop up like others have said.
It's highly obvious he wasn't pointing the gun at anyone as stated. I just can't get over why he came back at the officers after dropping the gun & darting around the corner when they told him to get down.
Distracted on the phone and you hear somebody yell something followed by bullets you just kind of loose track and just run. Kind of like a deer shot that runs straight into a tree.
