Had the day off to hunt. Since I got one Monday Dad and I made plans to assemble the Taj Mahal today. Coming together nicely

Spend the morning working on the blind some more. Installed some sliding windows dad made and put some styrofoam insulation up for some noise dampening. Then covered it up with tar paper to “black out” interior. Caulked the outside seams to try and waterproof it some. The clover in front is doing pretty good as well. Good morning with dad!

Sweet looking spot TOO!

I see one in my not TOO distant future. Not sure how many more years I'll be able TOO get situated into my current treestands.

Looking good! Make sure you use some foam sealant to fill any gaps or wasps will find there way in....trust me, it’s not fun fighting a few wasps inside a darkened blind in November. Once you warm it up in there with a buddy heater, they will start buzzing around in there! I also had to put some caulk around the door to stop them from getting in through the small gaps.
