Clay they aren’t treated for the climate up there, hence they tend to show more corrosion then others manufactured up there.WTF I am hoping this is a joke
Drill holes to allow moisture to drain out, but up there if you use it in the winter it will get salt in through the holes.
Makes sense but I personally know a trailer manufacturer here that sells tons of trailers up north, I will ask him if he treats them for the northern climate.
Anyone shopping for a trailer? Good luck right now. 15-18 week build times. If you see one you like at the dealer you better get a deposit on it. Won't be there long. Most trailer dealers I am seeing have a fraction of normal inventory right now.
I heard Joe wanted to drop just shy of $3700 on one. Don't price over $3700 or he might back out. LolBeen thinking of selling my utility trailer. Maybe a good time to do it
How far you willing too travel?I have been looking all over the eastern and southern US for a 12 foot enclosed tandem or single axle. They want $5,500+ for them. Even the used ones guys want $3,700+ for them. I'm not paying double of a freaking trailer. Or list in a used one. I'll just drive around and knock on some doors when I see one that I like that doesn't look used that often.
