I must say, the ad was extremely clear. Send me an email address and I will send a free rental application. Repeated 4-5 times. Also clearly stated: I will not respond to "can I see this" or "is this available". This is the best group of replies I have gotten. Ever. Only 5-10 "is this available" out of 62 inquiries. There are always going to be a few who simply don't read the ad.
