Ok it is 108 acres not 109 and on here I am asking 5,000 an acre and we will see where it goes.

The problem with land prices is "market desperation" or in other words, demand is far exceeding supply. Add in a variable like the Amish and you can ask $750K for your farm and get damn near close to that.

This got me thinking, how do the Amish find out about land for sale?

The guy is from Illinois but is married to a local girl, my neighbor knows them. Good people and it makes me happy it is someone connected to area
