What is your favorite?
Mine would have to be the boss hen from quacker boy.

Ive tried primos calls but they just dont sound right with me. Also ive tried hs.strutt and i thought they sounded pretty bad.

I started with a Quaker Boy old boss hen, then used a HS Strut 2.5 cuttin and then went to a Lohman double reed and really liked it but now I can't find them anymore. I like just about any double reed that fits good, doesn't cost an arm and a leg and sounds good to ME. The triple and quad reeds are a little much for me.

Promos A-Frame Double reed with the Bat Cut. I think it's Troy Ruiz's signature call. I don't know much about calls, but it sounds good to me and it fired my bird up like I called his momma a fat old hen!

For the last couple years, my favorite has been the Zink Shane Hendershot sig series diaphram, but this year I picked up a Will Primos sig series and I really really like it. I'd say they are a tie for my favorite calls at this point. The Woodhaven Copperhead is a nice sounding call too if you like one with a lot of rasp to it.
