Guilty as well early on in my hunting career…..

Used to have 2 fawns, now I'm down to 1. Found in the creek behind the house.

Still tho, why only 2 fawns and 3 mature does?

Someone might just want to start an EHD thread. Mine might be a vehicle or who knows. A single deer doesn't freak me out. It was on cam every day and then it wasn't. The rest still are. Doesn't alarm me. Some PTSD related tho

Once again, a single fawn. I don't think coyotes are eating all the fawns. They aren't there.

Now that I have opened up the discussion on the thread about what we are eating. I think it also goes to reproduction of wildlife. Like Americans, a large number of deer today are stuffed full of GMO foods also.
