I won't hold my breath until the Tiny Emperor inks it into law. But... there's a good chance that we can be proud of our state for something political.

Washington state is 55 dollars and a background check only. There doesnt seem to be any problems or difference between states that have classes, a license without a class or have constitutional carry.
What other constitutional rights require training?
Is it something i highly suggest and recommend, yes.
Keep in mind the other states that will not recognize your constitutional carry in their state so a CPL/CCW still may be a good idea if traveling. Just my opinion but the people that want to carry (even constitutional) already are familiar to their firearm and how it works, shoots, etc..

They teach you how to target shoot, no defensive training but your right, at least it’s something. That’ll all go out the window when the shit hits the fan so….
