Hey it's great the young kids and even the older kids are having a good time.
Don't those things make a noice when used?
I was hunting last week and had my cellphone on mute. It buzzed when someone called and a doe 500 ft away perked up and looked right at me. The 2nd time it buzzed she threw her tail up and ran off. I shut the phone off as I won't hunt again with a phone on even mute.

I'm sad I am not able to be there to enjoy all that fun with you all. However please keep the stories and posts coming b/c I'm enjoying the weekend vicariously with you all through them.

Joe the Jackalope put a Button buck down this morning after momma left before a shot op.
3 deer down.

Everybody is on stand now for the evening.
Me and Klay in The same buddy stand.

Kody is with Flutey again. They are on up the woods a bit in a blind. I can't thank Greg enough for taking care of Kody like he is.

Also out and about are Jesse, Swantucky, Dante, Jacklope, Jay, Redcloud, Finelyshedded, Hoytmania and Austin, Ohiobowhunter1, Huntn2, Brock and mason, Beentown, Diablo, Danman, And some guys I'm probably forgetting. Sorry if I forgot ya! Tough remembering everyone here.

Mound hill may be out. He visited, but not sure if he's hunting.

It's been raining off and on but has not ruined a great time!

I've made two stop outs and will do one more in the morning. It's a motley crew out there, but them dudes ain't messing around.

Great to meet and greet the crew that ive learned shit tons from over the years. Now I wont $have to feel like such a creeper.

Everyone seemed to be really enjoying themselves and the fact that two of the young guns scored was a great.

I bet them guys are going large tonight around the camp fire and having some fun. Should be some head aches in the morning.
 
Heard bits and pieces of a few more kills over the phone last night. J, if I heard you right you are calling on your way home today. I'll keep my phone by me.

Tried to this morning, but the lazy bones didn't wanna roll outta bed until a little after seven! LOL. His phone died last night, so he didn't get an alarm this AM. I had to go kick his tent to see if he wanted to hunt today.

We made it out after daylight and got stands up. As I was getting the camera set up and he was getting situated to pull up his bow, four does came in right on top of us. All we're could do was sit there and watch. All four were maybe ten yards out...
 
I didn't do any hunting but I stopped by a couple times and had a great time. Met a few guys and talked a little hunting. Next year ill be able to camp and do some hunting
