Even after the bear played with camera and turned it straight down I got 2 pics of a bear at the base of the tree... Was gonna just wait awhile to swap out camera, but now I very curious what's there and will go tomorrow with more corn and a new camera... Gotta keep Dan excited about coming out in July to hand stands and scout ...

Above pic looks like a good bear, but it's hard to tell as camera is about 7 ft up tree... But bear looks thick across shoulders...

Bear hunting with a outfitter as became way to expensive for my pocket book! I went several times in the 90s when it was affordable for a working man. Saskatchewan was a awesome place to hunt and visit. To think about it right now the bear rut is cranking up! Spring bear hunting with a bow I'd go every year if I could afford it
