Food, what are you eating?

I think this tastes better since my daughter made it. She called and ask me to come home for lunch. Hell yeah kiddo I'll take an extra 30 to 45mins for lunch!!!! She made some homemade pasta this morning and used sauce my wife made this week. Simple meatless lunch but tastes freaking good.
 
I'm getting back on the wagon in my own way. Being more deliberate with my food choices. For the next week I'm out of town for a business convention and i know I'll splurge. But I am seriously starting rucking, three times this week, each for 25 minutes with 20 lbs. Next week in the hotel I'm doing at least 30 on s treadmill but won't have my weight.

It's a start. My goal is sub 200 either by strouds or my birthday.
 
I know I have arthritis in my lower back. Id think a daily supplement of nutrients I don't get enough of might just ease some joint soreness. My grandfather was in construction took all kinds of pills/ supplements anything to help his back and neck. Watching him I said I wasn't going to get used to relying on pills as long as i could but im starting to uncomfortably hurt more days than not.
