A proper lunch. Venison chorizo, farm fresh eggs, cheese, sour cream, and hot sauce.

44 hour fast then made some bad decisions and paid for it, i feel like crap right now. ... honestly if i had a headache I'd think i was hungover....

Rant...
Wife is having a standard procedure done this morning and she needed to empty her bowels. Told her she had to eat and drink before leaving...asked if she wanted pop or juice, crackers or cookies. Wtf, could we find something more unhealthy? Then told her to drink plenty of Gatorade today when she gets home.
If that didnt piss me off enough I went down to the cafeteria to see if I could find something to eat or drink. I couldn't find a sugar free drink besides water. Food choices weren't that bad if eating hot food. But still, wtf. Force feeding sick people poison. Taking people right out of fasting and dumping sugar in them. Disgusting, the system is against us.

TRUTH!! Hospital food is absolute garbage. My dad was just in and when I looked at the menu, I just shook my head. Kristi will have to bring me my meals if I ever end up in there.
