Dinner tonight. When certified angus PH are on sale, I have them cut 2” thick, take them home and I cut them into strip steaks and filets. I freeze the bones for the dogs, so they get a nice treat also.

Hunting this week has made intermittent fasting so much easier. Then just make smart choices when I do eat.

Last night at the Asian bistro for dinner with my cousins I chose pho over the other options. Short of choosing a protein only dish like a Korean beef plate i thought it reasonable choice and I was pleasantly full without feeling lethargic. Thoughts?

I didnt eat so great this weekend at it was part of the plan. Had some fried fish and some other junk carbs. Like saltine crackers with PB and hot honey. Man was that good and a hell of a treat. I also enjoyed some good celebratory beers. I came home so bloated and feeling my age, lol. I cleansed with a 36 hour water and coffee fast. Then I returned back to my new regular eating pattern. Took until today to feel alright waking up again. Bloating has subsided too. It was worth it for a weekend with the boys!

I am seeing that some companies are taking measures to pull products off shelves before they get banned. I wish I had time to follow the mo ey and see where they shift it to. I know for a fact that they aren't just going away. It'll be just like when they put the pressure on tobacco companies and they shifted to the food industry. Me thinks it will shift to fresh food industry.

Been away for a couple weeks, couple cheat days but all in all stayed on track. Weighed myself a little bit ago and tipped the scales at a whopping 176 lbs…… Down 29 lbs since September 1 when I started this….
I am on a 36 hour fast though. Not sure if I’m going to push it until 48 though as I’m feeling some hunger pains 😂

Hungry will pass in just a bit. Just hang with it if that is what you want to do.

Spent 7 days in deer camp and ate/drank like a heathen. Mainly because I was on “vacation” but also because I wanted to find out just how bad it would make me feel. It finally caught up to me. I think the inflammation that I’m currently feeling is the most noticeable thing of all. It really sucks. I’m going to eat a good meal or two today, drink lots of water, and then try to fast all weekend and hit a reset button. Mission accomplished… Eat like shit, feel like shit.

New York Times. I can add the link but it pops shit up and wants you to subscribe to everything so I'd rather not mess any of you up with it.

Well here's this, you can decide if you want to click on it all LOL

Apparently the msm doesn’t see a problem with all those chemicals….
Hopefully the new head of the FCC will reign these idiots in…
