I drink water, coffee or beer steadily till it’s gone then put cup up or bottle in recycling can and I’m done till next urge. Wife likes to sip, forget where she put it, reheat in microwave and forget it, open door then shut to reheat again maybe sip and reheat or forgets again then repeat. Lmao
I’m pretty disappointed in myself over past 3 weeks as I’m back to starting point 228ish. Gained nearly 15 pounds back thanks to too much carbs, sweets and beers in the house. I hate wasting stuff we bought for hosting hence my overeating this stretch. Inflammation has spiked and BM’s plentiful. It’s time to start getting back to intermittent dieting and avoiding the carbs. I need to say F it and go through our two fridges and start pitching stuff is what I need to do but it’s tough throwing money away.
