Man i hate to find em like this.
He was only 13 inches wide but had 141 inches and about 5 or 6 inches missing from chews.
Had alot of potential.
Good mass throughout also.
Still have alot of looking to do so hope to find a few more sheds.

Got out and found a few today.
Was a nice day to get out and take a walk.
Still have to make time to walk this 90 acre crp field, will be tough finding any sheds in this stuff as the snow has knocked alot of it down.
Need to get my other beaver hide back from the tannery to put more on if i find some.
Have not found alot of sheds but have found some descent ones, happy with what i have found as all were off one farm except one and the deadhead, their are a couple bucks out there still holding that i would like to find when they drop, just hope greenup doesn't come first.

Took a pic of this tree with big knot, just thought it was different.
Wondered what causes this.

Congrats Brian! I saw a tree like that in the woods today also. The one I saw was probably 8 ft around and had a growth on it the size of a damn wrecking ball LOL.

some of those tree knots can be worth good money to wood working types. they are called burls and are caused by some type of stress to the tree
