It’ll have heat but only a wall unit for AC.Central air kind of build?
Poles were put in ground with concrete, then when the bldg is done, they’re going to put in 4” of reenforced concrete. I was surprised how deep they put the poles in.Awesome!! Direct ground contact with the poles or is there a sleeve?
You need a clock that registers Saturday for every day but Sunday....View attachment 100170
I need to find this clock for the garage...
Just regular forced air gas heat. The duct work will be up in the attic. What kind of heat are you putting in it? It looks like a great candidate for a radiant floor system heated by a hot water heater. Once you get that concrete up to 100 degrees. You'll be comfier than a big in a rug

They finished the garage today...three days total. They got it done real fast! Calling tomorrow to find out when the concrete is coming...they originally told me 7-10 days after completion but with this pandemic going on, maybe they are short of work and can get it done faster. After that, the garage doors go in then the blow in insulation in the attic. They couldn’t get brown entry doors but did give me a gallon of paint that they said is a perfect match. Then comes the fun part...finishing the inside!
I believe they were Amish...but not Shiite Amish. They didn’t have beards and the standard Amish clothing but my friend was over watching them work and said he thought they were Amish by the way they talked. I was very impressed by the way they worked as a team. The company name is Shirk Pole Buildings and they are from Pennsylvania.WOW! THEY WERE FAST!!!! LOOKS AWESOME TOO SARGE!!!!!
A wall is going between the garage part and the man cave. After insulating the outside walls and running electric, the garage is going to be finished with Sheetrock. The man cave is going to be knotty pine.Nothing short of fantastic... Looks great... Now is there a wall going between garage and room??What's going to be interior walls??
