Yea Jesse, This is right behind the house. I had a couple people who know about bears tell me what they thought. They said a 2 year old male. Prolly 200-250 pounds. When our feeder got tore up it was around January of 2011. My guess is going by what they say the age of this bear is, and the size of the bite marks in our feeder. This isn't the bear that tore up our feeder. Like I said my Great Uncle has a picture of one suppose to be 500-600 pounds within a mile the way the crow flies. I'd have to say there are a few breeding pairs around. So if they keep multiplying We might have a bear season eventually. lol

Yeah, well they say a bears home range is pretty big. It says a females home range is 1-15 square miles, and a male is 8-60 square miles. So I doubt he'll stay right here. lol Where is the new farm your hunting? They were seeing a bear on mill branch last year too! So they are all around braun! lol
