Thanks everyone! Wow what a night! The evening started with a smaller buck and a doe....I waited patiently for that buck to turn so I could get a shot and my phone vibrates, the deer hear it, i go to shoot and I am too close to the screen and get the arrow stuck in it.....needless to say my Hello Kitty arrow was out of commission and deer were hauling ass up the hill. It pissed me off a bit but I had another arrow (purple) and loaded the bow not thinking I would get another opportunity at another deer. Next thing I know here comes a different buck all by his lonesome. I was so excited my knees were shaking lol. I waited for the perfect opportunity and BAM!!!! He kicked ran about 20 yards stopped dead in his tracks and fell over. I've decided its much easier to hit them straight through the heart then track them all over creation. Rick is the best teacher...he kept me motivated..."it only takes one minute to change your whole season"
