Handicap question............

Because they have a handicap permit from their doctor. My mother has one and can’t walk very far but can get to the motorized cart inside
I’m skeptical (gets a lot worse as you get older) for a lot of reasons, I see people misusing the system and the worthless doctors who enable them too do so....
Especially the people who's parents have them and the kids use them when the parent isn’t with them.

I guess it comes from not seeing them very often years ago too seeing them everywhere. We have stores that have a dozen handicapped spots and you rarely have one in it vs a dozen. All because some federal law requires it by formulas they use.
What’d the folks do before all this came around?

I kind of base it on if any other stalls are available. I can't really think of a scenario where I had to go, and there was only the handicapped stall available. With that being said, I have seen bathrooms with one stall in there, and it was handicap. Does that mean one shouldn't use it at all, because it's handicap?
