It would make a solid reloading bench. I built a topper from oak that I purchased at Menards and use carriage bolts to attach it to a Black & Decker Workmate. This comes in handy for reloading in the winter, because it folds down and I can bring it in the house. It also allows me to take it to a friend's house to demonstrate how to reload, if they're just getting started and/or are interested in doing so.
If I purchase this workbench, I'll probably attach my reloading press to it and put the B&D Workmate in storage.
