Damn $75.... And I thought I got a great deal... BUT.... How's the availability??? Can you go in your local liquor store and walk out with 8 bottles..

Very unlikely for that to happen. Ohio is a state controlled liquor state, so the .gov controls the availability (supposedly spread across the state) and the price. So one way too look at it is that we actually have a chance to buy bourbon and other spirits at or very near MSRP the downside is that the highly sought after ones don't last long and if they are on the allocated list you can only buy one. Whereas other states like yours Rich the individual liquor store merchant sets the price and that's where you see bottleswith dust on them because they are priced (sometimes astronomically) high.

Ok.... So I did ok quantity was... As long as I make someone a happy camper... Thanks again for the Good Times... It's pretty good...

I gave away 3 of the bottles already. I bought them as gifts and because of the limited availability. I kept the Mitchers and Blantons for conversation peices or gifts down the road.

That’s our issue down here, scarce, but they don’t even have a dedicated spot for them. So no price is shown. Not that it stays in one spot for long.
My son is in SC and he sees the same….

That’s BS!!!! Nothing but price gouging and ripping people off. Thats way higher than secondary IMO. I reckon if people are willing to pay that much they’ll continue to do it.
