Lots of memories made. Including my youngest realizing that it's challenging to pee with insulated bibs in. Another was watching my oldest walk away from me with a slung firearm to go walk to the blind my dad was in to join him for the evening hunt.

Took the 350 out and zero'd with the hornady 170 gr interlocks at 100. I didn't confirm but my reticle should give me holdovers at almost every 50 yards out to 300.

My muzzleloader is on, only sighted the other in at 50 yards for two reasons.

Biggest reason was with the fog my rangefinder can't range past 35ish currently. And it shot well at 25 and was within a half inch of point of aim at 50, that's easily minute of deer to the 100 yard imposed range limit for my son.

What i forgot to mention, the guy with the white beard is my Dad, and those are both of my sons. My oldest tried my Montefeltro but preferred his Nana's (my wife's mom) 20 ga Charles Dailey OU. She and my F-in-L have matching 12/20s. He was pretty good with it once he figured out the leads.

Looks like everyone had a good time. How’d the pheasant meal turn out?
haven't had it yet

I did hold onto 5 of them thinking i would pluck and roast them with the skin on but that was a failure. The Pheasant skin was much more fragile than the ducks I've plucked this past fall. So i ended up breasting them and also getting the thighs and drums to braise into some noodle soup.
