Lug nuts off, PB Blaster, sledge, torch, sledge, PB Blaster, still stuck. Only thing I haven't done is inflate the tire (massive chunk of metal in it) and drive it as far as I can with the lugs loosened a half turn or so. Going to leave this dose of PB on for a couple hours and try again. Any other suggestions?

My biggest fear on a back road. They had a heavy plastic coated sledge hammer to get mine off.
Hope it comes off for ya.

Just had to do this on the side of RT 2 for BILs fiance.

Take spare tire, put hand in middle like u're gonna toss it. Now slam that rubber spare tire into the stuck tire sidewall or since it's flat, square on outer edge of rim. Hit all around on it, just surface rust on rim to mounting surface.

Right when you think you can't hit it any harder, shell wiggle.

If the tire will hold air at all put air in it and hit it with a sledge on opposite sides should come loose.
If not put a rubber mallet on the edge of the rim and hit it with a sledge opposite sides.
Object is to only hit it hard enough to loosen it not damage

Put the lugnuts back on flush with the studs. Take a heavy hammer(not the sledgehammer) and smack the studs a few good times. You may push a few in doing this but when you tighten down the nuts again it’ll reseat them.

Some good suggestions. Driving it, is not a good idea. I have had this problem every time with drilled and slotted rotors. I suggest using J’s advice and then Adams.

What about putting a tow strap around the bottom side of the rim and hook both end to the bucket on the Kunitz tractor and back up with the tractor?
