Yeh.... The bears move in and the deer vanish... Just amazing how many bears are out there in a state that is so populated, although up by me is very mountainous... Funny thing is this morning the side of the road is packed with hikers that come up from the city to hike a certain section of the Appalachian trail that has a suspended bridge (other side of road from the woods that has all the bears).... If they only knew.... Damn bears are a PAIN IN THE ASS...

Pulled my cameras today.... Just bears on the cams, no deer... Seems sow with 3 Cubs and sow with 2 cubs frequent the area quite a bit... Had a guy and girl team scouting the area then back Sat. AM. to hunt... Girl had a full pack, looked like she had the kitchen sink in it... Maybe the guy is smart and lets her do the carrying... Least they didn't touch my cams, but maybe didn't see them... Fresh pile of bear shit on trail that wasn't there on way in... Maybe 15 minutes earlier....
