Man it's fun to read up on what you guys were talking about while I was breaking my back looking for blood last night!

Thanks for the words guys.....it means a lot to me.......

There is a damn good story behind it, when I get some more time I will get a thread posted. Long story short is we jumped it about 100 yards from where we left off last night still bedded in the beans......it took off and ran 1/4 mile, broke open the wound again and died shortly after laying back down!

If I had to pick anyone to track something that far, it'd be Gern! Just warming up for coyote trackin, eh?

Well, for the first 600 yards Ray Charles could have followed it, but for figuring where he was going and where he ended up being yes that took some experience and quite a bit of luck too.

Man that is TOO cool. I hope I can get my son on a deer and see that huge smile on his face. Priceless.
