I love being right

That's what it's all about. Sounds like a heck of hunt even though you guys left the woods without launching an arrow. Good luck this afternoon!

Well, Kate didn't go out tonight, had some stuff she had to do. Long story short, I had the big boy at 70y tonight, but he wouldn't come off the hill. Looked damn good.

Yup, I hunting that buck for the next 6 days. He came from the opposite way I thought he would. It was cool watching him walk the top of the hill skylined.

I bet that was pretty cool to see. I wish you the best buddy. You deserve it. Don't forget the camera in the morning. I have a good feeling something is going to happen tomorrow.

Well, I got skunked this morning, but I'm not discouraged.

I went back through and looked at my pictures, and he has been through that area the last three nights between 5:15 and 6 every evening. Right now, I'm just gonna sit back and wait to see if I can pattern where he's coming from. I'm not moving until I'm certain I know what he is doing. I have a whole week to hunt, and he's obviously not staying far from where I am now. Back to the woods after the Mich. Wisc. game!

Man greg, your so close. Close the deal damnit! I want to see you with some bone in your hand........wait, that didnt sound right! ha

Well, I'm headed out this evening with the bowstaff in hand. Gonna hope for a shot at the big boy, but won't pass up on a doe either. Love hunting in the snow, even if it's not sticking!
