In the land of TOO

Out-frickin-standing gentlemen! I love it! I cannot imagine the feelings of thanks, togetherness, success, and enjoyment you guys must be feeling right now! What an amazing hunt you have started out with! I can't think of a group of brothers I would rather see have this kind of success. (And no, not because Willy is on Team 2. lol)

Just now caught up with this thread! Congrats fellers on such a great start to your hunting trip. That's a great 8 that Yeti got and congrats on the does as well. Ya'll must be having a blast! Goodluck during the rest of your trip.

Thanks for all the kind words for my brothers, and for not pointing out that I'm the only dude that got skunked on hunt 1. I didn't see anything. Not even a squirrel.

This morning I am in the stand that Yeti was in last night. I've seen a nice little 6 and a smaller 8. And one doe that winded me like I put on cologne before heading out. This stand is really amazing. Food plot out to 20 yards. Then a grass lane for 5 yards then corn after that. It is all in a horseshoe around me.

Hopefully I'll have some good news to report at some point!

Sounds like you guys are enjoying your time here so far! Hope you can keep the ball rolling, and burger can get the ball rolling today. Goodluck fellers

Hunt #3. Sitting downwind of a known bedding area over some well worn trails. On stand for 20 mi. Shofar and dropped my release while putting it on. So far... I'm an idiot. No deer to report yet. Waiting in magic hour.

Hunt #3. Still no deer. Although its demoralizing I suppose it is for the best so you guys don't think we are on a high fence hunt. I saw one deer 200 yards off, but jack nothing outside of that. Still a beautiful sit though. Autumn leaves falling the whole time. Wonderful. I was meant to live in Ohio. I love this place.
