Jesse, I am pretty certain that this will be your year. It pays off when the deer aren't pressured, and you've put a ton of hours and work into the farm. IMO the standing corn and low pressure is what will do the trick.

Yep, I've been eyeing that front for a couple days! I think I'll be hitting the stand next weekend, maybe shoot a doe but mostly to gather Intel for next year.
 
Looks like Sunday AM will be the first hunt. I'm going to enjoy the duck opener on Saturday and spend the evening with the girls. I like good mathematic days. My hunt with K was 10/20/15, good math. Sunday is 10/25/15; good math. I'm weird, I know.

Dang. Cards look to be in your favor. I don't think you are the worst hunter on the planet. Not sure I buy into being cursed. I think you are just due for a stroke of luck. Right place at the right time AND get the right shot presented. Sometimes it takes a bit of luck.
 
I like the math. I'm thinking Geometry. My theory is the arrow will plane through the air at a right angle to the huge bucks kill zone. The three bladed broadhead will then bisect both lungs making a equilateral triangle as it passes through. The huge buck will make a few acute angle bounds to his left and fall hard to the earth at an obtuse angle. The beast is dead!
