Well we got up this morning and made our way to the blind. As it broke daylight I let out 3 soft grunts about 5 minutes later this guy didn't make it. Savannah made another good shot and has shot 2 deer in 14 hours. Shes tagged out time for me to stay after them.

With savannah tagged out. I've got more time to hunt by myself this year. I'm prolly going to regret not hunting ohio this weekend but I'm headed back to kentucky today to be ready for the rifle opener tomorrow. Some real good bucks showing up on cam the last few days.

Well we planned on staying in ky til Thanksgiving morning but we didn't have to. Me and my brother doubled up yesterday morning. They aren't our biggest deer but we have never doubled on the same day and we made the decision if they were out to their ears they were getting shot. I shot mine walking out of a crp field he was bedded with a few does. After I shot him the does ran off so I started walking to him and a solid 130s jumps up right from where I just walked from. Just my luck. Overall it was a fun season down there and we learned alot about the farm for next season. Now to find a couple more in ohio.
