this surcharge of 4% began early last summer at Sherwin-Williams. I got a letter from them a couple of weeks ago stating their price hike was now permanent with more coming. So far, this has only been an issue of cost increases for me. The material shortages were minor and short lived for the types of materials that I use most often, and really only caused me a problem one time late last summer. Raw material shortages and resin production issues are an ever-looming possibility now. Fuck Joe Biden. This administration either wants all of this economic chaos or is absolutely not competent to remedy the problems plaguing us.

It was hilarious to look at the gas pump this morning. 1 still visible "I did that" sticker and 5 others that had been scratched off but not completely cleaned off in various other places. Either that's one pissed off gas consumer or a bunch of em.

No idea. Petroleum, logistics, shipping… just another byproduct of the covid excuse… I don’t know. Fertilizer is skyrocketing too. I’ve been calling around today and it is absolutely depressing.
